WHO WE ARE: This site was created and designed by 4-H Volunteers Matthew and Branson Merrill. We wanted to create a place for families to go to learn more about the excellent hiking opportunities in our area. We believe that it is important to teach youth about outdoor safety and encourage physical activity and we thought that this would be the perfect way to do just that. This area of Missouri has so many fun outdoor activities to offer families if you just know where to look, and we wanted to offer information geared towards families with children who may not be experienced hikers.
