Open to all MU Extension faculty and staff, UECRDA encourages and supports the application of the principles of community resource development throughout the state.
It is affiliated with the NACDEP (National Association of community Development Extension Professionals).

National Extension professional organizations are all a part of the Joint council of Extension Professionals, representing extension professionals and advocating for excellence in the extension profession.

The Journal of Extension is the official national publication for and about extension professionals.
