Cohort Training

New faculty members are invited to participate in cohort training. This training is designed to assist new faculty who are hired within the same 6 month period to quickly become successful and effective in their positions and to develop positive, supportive relationships.

The cohort training consists of three sessions, one each 2 - 3 months over the first year of employment. Cohort sessions are designed and implemented by the orientation team in collaboration with Extension faculty and administrators.
