MU Extension new employee orientation
Cohort training
New faculty members are invited to participate in cohort training. This training is designed to assist new faculty who are hired within the same six-month period to quickly become successful and effective in their positions and to develop positive, supportive relationships.
The cohort training consists of three sessions, one every two to three months during the first year of employment. Cohort sessions are designed and implemented by the orientation team in collaboration with MU Extension faculty and administrators.
Cohort 12 training dates:
Session I – January 20-22, 2010; Columbia
Session II – March 10-12, 2010; Columbia
Session III – May 5-7, 2010; Jefferson City
Session III Alternate Dates - June 9-11, 2010; Jefferson City
