MU Extension Faculty Orientation

Cohort Training

New regional faculty members are expected to participate in cohort training. This training is designed to assist new faculty who are hired within the same 6 month period to quickly become successful and effective in their positions and to develop positive, supportive relationships.

The cohort training consists of three sessions, one every couple of months over the first year of employment. Cohort sessions are designed and implemented by the cohort training team in collaboration with Extension faculty and administrators.
