New county extension council information system: define your districts

updated 3/2/12
ETCS has built a new county council data system that replaces the old council membership reporting application.

Paula Hudson is working with counties to migrate data from the old system to the new system. The council member lists that appear on county websites will not show the 2012-13 council members until all data is migrated and each county has defined their voting districts in the system.

Please login and create your districts.  Instructions for defininging districts (PDF)

If you have questions about the new system, contact Paula Hudson. Documentation and examples are available on the WebTeam support page.
