Annual Report
Each year the project director must submit an annual report that summarizes
the accomplishments for the year. The annual report format is the same as
with the progress report. This report is due July 30.
Final Report
A final
report is required for each project/program at the end of the
approved funding period. This report should be submitted in accordance
with the specified format and within two months of the project/program's ending
date. For example:
If the project/program's ending
date is June 30, 2001, the final report will be due no later than August 31,
2001.
