Continuation of Multi-Year Projects/Programs
Projects/programs are approved for a
period of one to three years depending upon availability of funds; however, projects/programs are evaluated
annually. Therefore, project directors desiring continued funding will
report accomplishments, revise the proposal as needed and submit an annual
budget. Only projects/programs documenting outcomes will be approved for
continued funding.
To
request continued multi-year project/program funds, project directors should
complete the following steps:

Submit a request to
continue with an Outreach Development Fund cover
page, project/program synopsis,
plan of work and budget. This request should be submitted by April
1.

Submit the forms and
reports to the "ODF Proposals" mailbox (ODFproposals@umsystem.edu)
via your email application.
NOTE: Projects/programs
requesting support beyond the approved multi-year end date should submit a new
Outreach Development Fund proposal.
