2008 Southeast Missouri Crop Budgets
 
The budgets are for the major crops grown in Southeast Missouri - corn, soybeans, wheat, grain sorghum, cotton, rice, popcorn, and southern peas.   They include irrigated, non-irrigated, Roundup Ready, Conventional, no-till, and double crop. 
The Crop Analysis worksheet calculates the breakeven net income between two crops based on changes in yield and price. This will help a farmer in making planting decisions of planting one crop over another. 
2008 Southeast Missouri Crop Budgets with Crop Rent Analysis The budgets are for the major crops grown in Southeast Missouri - corn, soybeans, wheat, grain sorghum, cotton, rice, popcorn, and southern peas.   They include irrigated, non-irrigated, Roundup Ready, Conventional, no-till, and double crop. 

The budgets also gives the net returns based on variable and total costs for both the tenant and landowner based on different crop share rental arrangements.

IRRIGATION SYSTEMS 2005 Calculates the economic and cash flow costs of different center pivot and furrow irrigation systems.  It also calculates the contributions of the tenant and landowner in determining a fair rental agreement.
Storage Cost The variable and fixed costs of storing grain based on different size grain bins.
Economic Returns to Grain Drying This spreadsheet is designed to help a farmer to determine the economic returns to grain drying from different moisture levels.

The Interest Rate Worksheet calculates the net economic and cash flow returns based on changes in financing %, farmland values, and interest rates.
