The budgets are for the major crops grown in Southeast Missouri - corn,
soybeans, wheat, grain sorghum, cotton, rice, popcorn, and southern peas. They
include irrigated, non-irrigated, Roundup Ready, Conventional, no-till, and double crop. The Crop Analysis worksheet calculates the breakeven net income between two crops based on changes in yield and price. This will help a farmer in making planting decisions of planting one crop over another. |
