Direct Marketing of Meat

Many producers today, in order to reap a higher profit margin, are looking at direct-marketing of meat products. Centra trainings will inform educators of the different steps which are required to market meat directly off the hoof to the consumer, farmers’ market or grocery store. Each webinar will build upon the previous one.
