Your Financial Game Plan — Go from financial bench warmer to star. Learn winning family financial strategies with "Coach Crawford." You have a VIP invitation to attend. The class is open to all adults and we frequently have people driving in from one or two counties away to attend.  Minimum of 5 people, maximum of 25 per class.

Sedalia MO  Take Control of Your Finances (PDF) workshop presented monthly in Sedalia for people that are unemployed or find their resources are just not adequate. Any adult can attend as long as he or she registers by calling the Sedalia Career Center prior to the workshop at 660-530-5627. There is no cost to attend. This two-hour seminar helps first-time homebuyers qualify for USDA rural development home loans. Your lender will let you know if you need to schedule this seminar. Seminars scheduled on demand. Our goal is not to delay real estate closing for lack of a certificate, but the specialist's schedule can be a factor. Contact the specialist in the most convenient location for you: Dr. Vivian Mason (Jefferson City) or Dr. Cynthia Crawford (Marshall). There is a $60 fee for the seminar. You will leave the seminar with the necessary certificate in hand. There is no test.
