Focus on Kids

Focus on Kids is a 2.5 hour workshop to help parents learn how to nurture and support their children through the divorce process and to help parents who are living apart develop ways to work together effectively as co-parents.

Focus on Kids satisfies Missouri's educational requirement for parents who are divorcing or filing a motion to modify. It is conducted in cooperation with Missouri's circuit courts.

The Randolph County Focus on Kids class is offered every third Tuesday of the month from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..  The class is held at the MU Extension office at 509 West Reed Street in Moberly. Map and directions

2016 dates: January 19, February 16, March 15,  April 19, May 17, June 21, July 19, August 16, September 20, October 18, November 15 and December 20.

Registration and pre-payment are required before the session.

Cost is $35 per person. Certificates of completion are distributed at the conclusion of the class.

Children are not allowed to attend.

Sign-in and sign-out is required. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early and to stay for the entire two and one-half hour session.
