What's Going On in Putnam County?

     *  October 23 & 24 is the 4-H Haunted House at the Unionville City Park
                       (all help is welcome). 6 to 11pm each night. $5 per person to go through!   

     *  October 31st is when all Putnam County 4-H re-enrollments are due in the
                       Extension Office
 
     *  December 6 is Putnam County's 4-H Recognition Ceremony (2pm at the Putnam
                       County Middle School Auditorium).   

     * December 7 is the Putnam County 4-H Council Meeting (5:15 pm at the
                       Courthouse in Unionville).     

          
 

     --- Remember the Extension Office can assist you and answer any 4-H related
                        questions if you need it. Call (947-2705) or stop by.           

 

Left: 4-H members and volunteers in their Halloween costumes get ready for the Haunted House. This is a fundraiser for the 4-H Building for improvements and everyone's help is welcome!    

Right: At 4-H Recognition, Kountry Kids (Leaders Becky Knight and Melissa Henderson) receive the Outstanding Club Award presented each year to 1 club. It is based on involvement of 4-H members and leaders in county, regional and state 4-H events. Remember to attend this year's recognition on December 6th.
