Home frozen foods

Tightly package all these foods in heavy-duty foil, moisture- and vapor-proof plastic wrap, freezer wrap or freezer containers. For casseroles, allow head room for expansion.

Also see meats, fish, poultry, fruits and vegetables, dairy products.
