Storing Food in the Freezer

Commercial frozen main dishes

Tightly package all these foods in heavy-duty foil, moisture- and vapor-proof plastic wrap, freezer wrap or freezer containers. Freezing does not freshen baked goods. It only maintains the quality and freshness the food had before freezing.
