This half-hour documentary traces the creation of one sculpture from modeling session through molten bronze pour to finished human figure. Louis Smart uses the ancient lost wax method to fashion stunning creations in the tradition of Rodin. Intercut throughout the film are montages of his work set in the Ozark landscape. Smart provides the commentary on the process and on the nature of his art. It has both English and Portuguese subtitles.
