With this publication, you don't have to use your calculator to convert recipes for four. From lasagna to cod au gratin, hundreds of delicious recipes for large groups are provided. They were developed and tested under the Title VII Nutrition Program for the Elderly at Cape Girardeau.

The recipes are designed to use USDA food commodities that appeal to the elderly and result in less food waste. However, they will serve any large group. Most serve about 50 people. A list of USDA food commodities featured in the recipes is provided in the introduction.
