From bacon cheeseburgers to fisherman's chowder, many delicious recipes for large groups are provided. They were developed and tested under the Title VII Nutrition Program for the Elderly at Cape Girardeau.

The recipes are designed to use USDA food commodities that appeal to the elderly and result in less food waste. In fact, to help those using USDA commodities, the introduction contains a list of those used in the publication. However, the recipes will serve any large group. Most serve 50 people or more.
