This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 10 of the Show Me Nutrition Fifth Grade curriculum. Many young people are concerned about their appearance. This newsletter provides tips on feeling good about oneself and how parents and other caregivers can encourage youths to have a healthy body image by staying active and reducing screen time.
