This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 4 of the Show Me Nutrition Fifth Grade curriculum. Whole-grain foods are good for you and are especially good for breakfast. It’s important to start off the day with a nutritious meal. This newsletter provides examples of whole-grain foods, as well as good ideas for a well-rounded, healthy breakfast. Two simple, nutritious recipes are also included.
