This publication, published in conjunction with MU publication EC947, Soil Productivity Indices and Soil Properties for Farm-Field Sites in Missouri, talks about the effect soil erosion has on soil productivity. It explains and uses the Kiniry model for evaluating soil productivity and presents data collected from 500 soil sites in Missouri. Farmers can use this data and text to assess the impact erosion has on their soils.
