Your County Program Plan will consist of the following:

Each county will receive 30 pre-printed covers in campus mail July 7. Customize according to the directions on the Plan of Work Web site.

Plan of Work overview

The Plan of Work Overview should be customized for every county. To do so, delete the [Name of County] blocks and insert the name of your county. There are eight [Name of County] blocks in the document. Print the document, and copy front and back on one sheet.

Plan of Work executive summary

CPD print the County Plan of Work from the Web apps page. From the menu at the top of the Extension Web Applications page, select Planning . From the drop down menu, select Reports . This leads to another drop down menu. From it, select County plan.

This leads to the County Planning Report Selection page. A number of options appear here, but for the County Plan of Work executive summary, select the following:

Your county
Fiscal year 2007
Personnel

Select Create Report
The printout will show all programs planned for residents of your county in the coming year and the personnel offering that program..

Open the Named Program Descriptors on the Plan of Work Web page. By program area (Agriculture, HES, 4-H Youth, etc.), copy and paste each program that was identified in your County Plan onto the Plan of Work executive summary. Type in the names of the personnel who will present the program.
Print the document and copy front and back.

Your completed Executive Summary will go behind the County Program Plan Overview .
