Food Preservation classes, Sedalia, MO-June 14 and June 21, 2012, Cost for the program is $20 per session or $35 to attend both sessions. Classes will be held at Saint Paul's Lutheran School gymnasium kitchen and will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.  Participants may attend either one or both of the workshops.  For more information or to register please contact the University of Missouri Extension office in Pettis County at 660-827-0591.

June 14 workshop will cover freezing fruits and vegetables, water bath canning, and salsas, jams and jellies.

June 21 workshop will cover food dehydration and pressure canning vegetables.
