As Youth Specialist, Kay Sparks is responsible for 4-H and other Youth Development programming in Pettis and Benton Counties. She serves as a resource to local civic groups and service agencies to develop and evaluate youth programming, and serves as a community link to the University of Missouri-Columbia. |

Lori Gerke, Youth Development Associate, serves Pettis County
and her primary responsibility is the maintenance of the Pettis County 4-H program.
Lori works to recruit, train, coordinate, and recognize new volunteers. She works
with the 4-H Youth Specialist in assessing needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating
the assigned program functions. She also helps in the development of a system of support
to enhance the delivery of quality educational experiences to youth.

Serenna Wright, Youth Educational Assistant, serves Benton County and her
primary responsibility is the maintenance of the Benton County 4-H program.
