Missouri AgrAbility Project: The mission of the Missouri AgrAbility Project is to provide assistance and resources to farmers, ranchers, and their families with disabilities which promote their ability to continue farming. The AgrAbility Project is authorized through a provision in the 1990 Farm Bill. Congress began funding the project in 1991. The Florida Agricultural Information Retrieval System (FAIRS):The Florida Agricultural Information Retrieval System is a comprehensive electronic library of information from major programs within the University of Florida's Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences Cooperative Extension Service.
National AgSafety Data: The National AgSafety Data is an extension compendium of agricultural safety and health education and information resources. American Dietetic Association: Provides information on selected topics in nutrition and answers to frequently asked questions.
American Farm Bureau: The purpose of Farm Bureau is to make the business of farming more profitable, and the community a better place to live. Farm Bureau should provide an organization in which members could never be accomplished through individual effort. National institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH): NIOSH is part of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and is responsible for conducting research and making recommendations for the prevention of work-related illness and injuries.
Occupational Safety and Health Administration: The mission of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is to save lives, prevent injuries, and protect the health of America's workers. Center for Disease Control: Agency of the Federal Government whose mission is to promote health and quality of life by preventing and controlling disease, injury, and disability.
Ag Center at UC Davis: The UC Agricultural Health & Safety Center at Davis focuses on improving and protecting the health and safety of farmers, ranchers, and their families. The Michigan Center for Rural Health: The Michigan Center of Rural Health Web Site connects rural health providers to clinical and administrative resources on the Internet.

USC Institute of Safety and Systems Management: Offers academic programs and conducts research in the management of technology, with particular emphasis in three areas: leadership of technology-based programs, safety and health, and analysis and improvement of human-technological interactions.
National Safety Council: The mission of the National Safety Council is to educate and influence society to adopt safety, health, and environmental policies, practices, and procedures that prevent and mitigate human suffering and economic losses arising from preventable causes. Pesticide toxicology and environmental chemistry: The goals of EXTOXNET are to stimulate dialog on toxicology issues, develop and make available information relevant to extension toxicology, and facilitate the exchange of toxicology-related information in electronic form.
Western Growers Association: Western Growers Association was founded in 1926 to provide growers of fresh produce in California and Arizona with support programs that could not be generated by any single grower operating alone. Migrant Farmworker Health: Federal grant program to provide primary health care services in medically underserved areas
throughout the U.S. and its territories.  There are really good related links here.
OSH-Link: Provides a searchable database of summaries of the published literature on occupational safety and health issues. A large portion of these cover agricultural safety issues. AgSafety Line: AgSafety is a nonprofit coalition of individuals, groups and organizations with the shared mission of the prevention of injuries, illnesses, and fatalities among those working in agriculture.
Farm Health and Safety Checklist: Critical farm health and safety issues are identified to promote safety awareness throughout the agricultural community. Missouri Dept. of Health home page - General sanitation information and County Health Department's addresses and phone #'s are listed under "Public Health Agencies"
