One Club in One County

A youth can be a member of only one club in one county in Missouri. To have access to additional educational opportunities, a member may attend project meeting in another club or county-wide project meetings, but they must enroll all their project in their home club. This policy does not prevent a 4-H member from enrolling in a school enrichment program.
