Email Request for Library Materials

If you live in Missouri, it's easy for you to request materials from ParentLink’s loan library. Let us know which materials you want to borrow by submitting the form below. We will send the materials within a few days. (You can also call the WarmLine at 1-800-552-8522.)

All of our services are confidential within the limits of the law.
ParentLink will not distribute or sell your personal information to anyone.

Please review the Loan Library policies before submitting a request:

1. Loan materials are checked out for 30 days.

2. You can renew your materials by calling us before your due date, unless someone else has reserved the item.

3. Library services are free. There are no overdue fines. We do, however, charge for lost or damaged items or materials not returned.

4. Please send the materials back to us by US mail or private postal service.

5. We ask that you insure your items for the cost to replace them.

6. You are responsible for anything you borrow. Please do not lend our materials to others. Encourage friends, family members, and colleagues to call us and borrow materials on their own.
