This newsletter corresponds with Lesson 9 of the Show Me Nutrition Fifth Grade curriculum. Snacks can (and should) be healthy! This newsletter highlights snacks from each of the five food groups that are tasty and good for the body. Also included is a recipe for kale chips and ideas for “snack boxes,” which encourages healthy, on-the-go snacking.
