COLUMBIA, Mo. – Susan Henson, University of Missouri Extension business development specialist, received the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Extension Business Award.
Henson received the award for her work with business owners in the Greater Kansas City area to grow and expand their business, increase productivity and improve management. In 2009 she has helped clients increase sales by $9.4 million and create 123 jobs in the region.
The Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry annually recognizes MU Extension faculty for their work to support the economic viability of Missouri businesses.
