4-H Cake Decorating

    4-H Cake Decorating

The Missouri 4-H Cake Decorating project has three levels so participants can choose how detailed they want their learning to be. Level one consists of baking and frosting single-layer cakes with basic decorating procedures. Level two advances to baking two-layers cakes while learning how to make flowers and special effects like a lace and basket weave. The most advance level teaches how to bake stacked and tiered cakes and how to master creating flowers.
