Missouri Rural Crisis Center

Information and referral for persons experiencing farm financial crises, including farm financial counseling. 1-573-449-1336 (If no one is in the office or they are on another line you can leave a message. Message also gives an emergency number. It was requested to please have folks get the number from the message.) Food co-ops available to people in rural areas. These towns (serve several local counties) have food co-ops available: Chillocothe, Columbia, Gravois Mills, Hail, Hannibal, Harris, Hunnewell, Macon, Moberly, New Cambria, Richland, Newtown, and Tipton. (Monthly packages include fresh meat and produce.)

Tele-Link

Primarily a referral service for pregnant women, mothers, children, and others concerned about maternal and child health, however will assist with family health and social service referrals including males and the elderly. 1-800-835-5465 not a crisis line 8 am-5 pm M-F

Victim Support Services
