Running on Empty?

wpe2.jpg (9586 bytes)Many women today put so much energy into making everyone and everything in the world around them run smoothly, they often forget to take care of themselves and their own needs. University Outreach and Extension now has a new series of publications for today’s busy women.

Challenges & Choices contains information that can help you start making choices to help yourself overcome the challenges of everyday life. Choose from such topics as stress management, emotional well-being, time effectiveness, nutrition, and family relationships.

If you would like one of these publications, or want more information, contact your local Extension Office, or call the state Human Environmental Sciences Extension office at (573) 882-5115.

We all face challenges in our lives, but we can learn to take control by making the right choices.
