A Time of Sharing
Missing Piece staff share their favorite traditions...

Sheryl Ferguson

Jane Hunter

The travel tradition prevails in the Hunter household. Annual vacations in the early years and the November time-share at Eureka Springs, Arkansas produce memories that are frequently stirred by aromas, sights, and memorabilia. A career that involves travel fits perfectly!

Nancy Flood

My Dad has made it a tradition to bake homemade cinnamon rolls everytime he anticipates a visit from the grandchildren. All 15 of them eagerly come through the door with their mouths watering!

Janie Mauzy

My most precious holiday memories center around attending Christmas eve mass at beautiful St. Joseph's in Edina. Every year the capacity crowd includes grandparents, parents and children who have attended th services for years. It's a wonderful tradition for our entire community.

Betty Anderson

The Miller family and the Anderson family have been getting together for deer season for 28 years, which my grandchildren refer to as Grandma's Big Party. We had 21 people from three states this year. There was food, air mattresses, orange jackets and hats, coolers, coveralls, and children in every corner of my house. It is a time of renewing friendships, seeing the new babies, sharing good times and reliving those earlier deer stories.
