2008 Master Gardener class

2008 Master Gardener graduates, there were 17 people who took the Master Gardener class this year offered by the Miller County Extension Center. The graduation ceremony took place on November 11, 2008 at the Seven Springs Winery in Linn Creek. Congratulation to all that completed this years course.

Several Lake Area Master Gardeners attended the Missouri Master Gardener conference in Jefferson City September 18th through the 20th. The Central Missouri Master Gardeners of Jeff City sponsored the conference which was held at the Capitol Plaza Hotel. The conference offered educational classes and tours of private and public gardens. The highlight of the conference was a tour of the Singuefield Reserve
