Entry Forms now available for State Fair Competitions
Exhibitors interested in competing at the Missouri State Fair can access online entry and reserved camping forms in the online Premium Guide. More than 30,000 entries, representing more than 110 Missouri counties, are expected for this year’s annual agriculture showcase Aug. 8-18 in Sedalia. Rules, guidelines and critical deadlines are already posted online at www.mostatefair.com/premium-guide.
Exhibitors should follow these steps to submit entry forms:
- In the online guide, select the category(ies) of interest,
- Read the rules and schedules,
- Download the entry form(s),
- Complete the form(s) and follow the directions for submission found at the top of each form.
Entries, camping and vendor input forms, including credit card information, may be emailed as an attachment to entryforms@mda.mo.gov, or faxed to the State Fair at 660-827-8169 or 660-827-8160.
The same steps apply for submitting reserved camping forms. Reserved campsites open Sunday, Aug. 4, and are only available for livestock exhibitors, commercial vendors and persons with disabilities.
Exhibitors under age 13 will again be admitted free to the 11-day Fair, while exhibitors age 13 and older will be able to purchase up to 40 single-day exhibitor admission tickets at a special price of $4. The discounted exhibitor tickets are available on entry forms and from the Fair’s business office until Aug. 7. The tickets do not include parking and will not be available at the gate.
