On behalf of the National Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences, and the Missouri affiliate, we would like to invite you to become a member of our professional association.  As a fellow educator within University Outreach and Extension, we invite you to join with your colleagues who are currently members of NEAFCS and MEAFCS.

Being a member of NEAFCS and MEAFCS has many benefits.  Members have the opportunity to support and reward their fellow professionals through the national and state meetings, committee responsibilities, and printed media.  Many opportunities exist for sharing knowledge with educators from all over our country and territories.  Educational updates are available in our publications, Journal of the National Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences and the Communiqué.  Educational sessions and exhibitors at our national meeting offer a wealth of current information for NEAFCS members.  Our web page at http://www.neafcs.org keeps us updated on organizational issues throughout the year.

Membership received by February 1 will figure into our number of voting delegates and awards that Missouri can receive.

Membership Renewal Form - NEAFCS dues for 2006 are $60; MEAFCS dues for 2005 are $15.  Dues (total of $75)(checks payable to MEAFCS), along with renewal form, should be sent to Rebecca Travnichek, TravnichekR@missouri.edu, Treasurer.
