Mental Health - General education on mental health topics per audience request of subject matter. Examples of topics can include depression/manic-depression, substance abuse, eating disorders; developmental disorders, i.e. special needs and/or disabilities, including a program Feel It that addresses issues of how we treat persons with disabilities; attention deficit/hyperactivity disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders (schizophrenia and related disorders), sleep disorders, personality disorders, and Critical Issues for the Unexpected Helper, a program for people who work with the public in stressful situations. Physical Health - Stress related issues, Tell-A Friend American Cancer society mammogram encouragement program, Arthritis and Fibromyalgia Self-Help Programs, Challenges and Choices Program (womens issues), Take Care: Medical Self-Care Program. ETC - Communication skills/negotiation, Dealing with Angry/Difficult People, Helping People in Crisis (Resources), Anger Management, Effects of Divorce (Adults and Children), Coping with Holiday Stress/Blues, Worksite Wellness, Grief and Bereavement Issues and Education.
