University of Missouri Extension defines

learning experiences are
conducted in community-based
environments convenient to the
learner.

Performance Indicators
Regional and campus faculty in
agriculture, food and natural
resources; business development;
community development; human
environmental sciences, and 4-H youth
development will develop new programs,
evaluate existing programs, ensure
effective delivery of programs and
determine cost effectiveness.
High-impact support systems will
enable program development and
