Linn County's 4-H program is a hand-on, fun, and educational learning experience designed to teach life skills to children ages 5 to 18. It is also a family activity as parents serve as volunteer leaders, teachers, and all around helpers. It can help young people develop self-esteem, problem-solving skills, and leadership experience as they face the challenges of a complex world. Children can become involved in many activities that will expand their minds, make lasting friendships, and help improve their communities.
