Sports A 4-H member may only be enrolled in a 4-H Shooting Sports project if it is led by a certified 4-H Shooting Sports volunteer. There is NO exception to this policy for a parent working with his or her own child. Only a certified 4-H Shooting Sports volunteer may lead any 4-H member in a 4-H Shooting Sports project. Each member who enrolls in a shooting sports project must have a health form and a waiver signed for each discipline the member is enrolling in. Example: If the member enrolls in archery and shotgun, they must have two member health forms and one shooting sports waiver completed. Reason: Each discipline leader must keep a copy of the signed health form with them during project meetings.
