The 4-H Youth Specialist provides leadership for the 4-H Youth activities on a countywide basis, conducts leader training, plans activities, and just keeps everything organized.  The 4-H staff is available to answer any questions you may have concerning the 4-H Youth Program.  The University of Missouri Extension office is located in the  basement on the east side of the Carthage Courthouse.  The phone number is (417) 358-2158.
