  Parent Link - helps Missouri's parents provide safe, healthy and nurturing environments for their children. 

National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) - Serves as a clearinghouse for child safety information and a resource for child protection.  This non-profit organization educates families on how to better protect their children by teaching them to be smarter and safer.  NCMEC believes the best way to combat child exploitation and abduction is to prevent it.
