4-H Alumni Study

Attention: 4-H Members Who Graduated High School in 2014

The 4-H Alumni Study is a research study that is being conducted at the University of Missouri about your participation in 4-H Youth Development Programs.

If you graduated high school in 2014, participated in Missouri 4-H at any time during grades 9-12, and you are currently at least 18 years old, you are eligible to join this study.

The study will involve taking a total of 5 online surveys (one each year for 5 years) about your experiences in 4-H and other activities during your high school years. Each year’s survey will take roughly 30 minutes of your time to complete.

If you choose to complete the 2014 survey, you will be entered into a drawing for one of four $50 cash prizes (in the form of a check). To participate in the study, please visit the link below or scan the QR code by Tuesday, July 15.
