Building self-esteem in children
(BLUE SPRINGS, MO - Sept. 25, 2008) University of Missouri Extension will offer a workshop on Self-esteem in Children at 6 pm, Nov. 13, 2008, at the Extension Center, 1501 NW Jefferson St., in Blue Springs.
This workshop will help child-care providers, early childhood teachers and professionals learn the facts about self-esteem and children, how thoughts and behavior affect self-esteem and tips to enhance children’s abilities.
Participants will receive 2 clock hours after completion of the workshop; 0.2 Continued Education Units are available. The registration fee is $15. For more information or to register, please contact University of Missouri Extension at (816) 252-5051.
