Stress in children is workshop topic
(BLUE SPRINGS, MO - Sept. 25, 2008) University of Missouri Extension will offer a workshop on Children and Stress at 6 pm, Dec. 4, 2008, at the Extension Center, 1501 NW Jefferson St., in Blue Springs. This workshop will focus on signs and symptoms of stress in children, helping children deal with stress and using physical activities to reduce stress.
Participants will receive 2 clock hours after completion of the workshop; 0.2 Continued Education Units are available. The registration fee is $15. For more information or to register, please contact University of Missouri Extension at (816) 252-5051.
