Identifying children’s behavior problems

(BLUE SPRINGS, MO – April 23, 2008) University of Missouri Extension will offer the workshop The Joy of Discipline at 6 pm, June 12, 2008, at the Extension Center, 1501 NW Jefferson St., in Blue Springs.

This workshop will help early childhood teachers, professionals and child-care providers learn to identify normal behavior, why children bite, why children won’t share, how to prevent problems and positive discipline techniques.

Participants will receive 2 clock hours after completion of the workshop; 0.2 Continued Education Units are available. The registration fee is $15. For more information or to register, please contact University of Missouri Extension at (816) 252-5051.
