        (Blue Springs, MO-Sept. 17, 2007) University of Missouri Extension will offer a workshop on “Communicating with Children” from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Nov. 15, 2007 at the University of Missouri Extension Center (1501 NW Jefferson Street, Blue Springs, Missouri).

         This workshop will help early childhood educators develop better communication skills with young children, enhance children’s communication abilities and help prevent behavior problems.

         Participants will receive two clock hours after completing the training; 0.2 Continuing Education Units are available.  The registration fee is $15 per person.  For more information or registration, contact the University of Missouri Extension Center at 816-252-5051.
