Interview question selector
To build a guide to use when interviewing potential employees, choose questions from areas under the dropdown boxes.
To start, choose the field(s) of study for the interview, then add the questions you would like to ask. Next choose areas
under the competencies dropdown that are necessary for this position, and add those questions to your list. Questions will be added to the
right side of your screen in the order you select them. When you finish adding questions, click the “Generate Word DOC” button or the “Generate PDF” button to
create your interview guide. HR recommends 2-4 subject matter questions and 5-8 competency-based questions to fill a 60-minute interview.
Only MU Extension employees can access the selector. If you did not have to enter your PawPrint and password, your browser is configured to pass your credentials.
