Title: Effective Professional Relationships
Description:
Effective professional relationships are helpful in the work world if
you want job satisfaction. They are a must if you want goal accomplishment.
This session will show you how to create a positive, empowering and
motivational work environment through the relationships you have with those
you work with and for.
Outcomes:
Learn--
• Who are the people you have professional relationships with, and what they
need from you.
• The best ways to partner with the people (playing well with others).
• What images and impressions you are projecting.
• Accountability and respect are your two biggest responsibilities to
yourself and to the others.
Evaluation method: Survey attendees for impact on work environment two to four weeks after the training.
Expectation for participants: Participants will participate in activities and discussions in the session.
Target audience: All MU Extension Employees
Instructional length: 2 hours
