Case Study:
Melanie is a 42-year-old mother of two;
she leads a high stress life. She works 10 hours a day and is the sole
provider in the family. She doesn't have time to eat a healthy diet or
exercise. She hasn't had a doctor's checkup in years; she has neither
the time nor the money. The past couple of days, she has had tingling up
and down her arms and sometimes a pain in her chest. What do you think
she is experiencing and what do you think she should do?
